This activty can be used in the classroom, school counselor/social work groups, in therapy or in your home to help children and teens (or yourself) determine which calming strategies support them! Cut and paste a few of the over 100 calming strategies on your favorite background (24 to choose from) if you are a visual learner grab a piece of the dozens of clip art to give yourself a visual cue. When the body switches into "fight or flight" in can be hard to access calming strategies these cue cards can make all the difference! Great for anxiety, panic, stress, anger, emotional dysregulation, sensory needs, focus struggles and more!
